The team at Mike Phipps finance are the best ! They have helped us purchase motel leaseholds and also deal with the banks for our private loans as well.Nothing is too much trouble they offer a level of service rarely seen anymore.I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase in the accomodation industry we wouldn't use anyone else. I can't thank the Mike Phipps Finance team enough for all they did acting as our brokers for the purchase of our new business. Paul Grant and Joshua Haylen were amazing, very organised, knew their stuff and guided us through the entire finance process making it as seamless and stress-free as possible. I have had the privilege of working with Paul, Tom and Josh of Mike  Phipps when I purchased my business. From the get go, I was pleasantly surprised the professionalism and business acumen they carry. They kept me informed every step of the way and I knew exactly where I was heading.
